We’ll start with a relaxed chat—either in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store or over emails—about the ideas you’ve been collecting, the styles you love, and the budget you’re comfortable with. Once we’ve captured the vision, we’ll sketch or create a 3D model so you can see your design from every angle. Only when you say “that’s the one” do our goldsmiths pick up their tools and hand-make it, start-to-finish, in our workshop.

We’ll guide you through choosing stones, explain why one diamond sparkles more than another, and help you pick the metal that suits your skin tone and lifestyle. By the end, you’ll have a ring that tells your story—and nobody else’s.

Most bespoke jewellery takes 4–6 weeks from design start to completion. If we’re sourcing a rare gemstone or hand-engraving every detail, it might take a little longer. We’ll always give you a clear, honest timeline so you can plan your proposal, wedding, or celebration.

Not always. Because we design around your budget, we can adjust stone size, metal choice, or gemstone type to create the perfect piece at the right price. You’re paying for craftsmanship and a one-of-a-kind design—not a brand name on a box.

We work with platinum, 18ct, 14ct and 9ct gold in yellow, white, and rose tones, as well as a wide spectrum of gemstones. From classic diamonds to sapphires, emeralds, rubies—even unique stones like spinel and turmtourmalines —we can source or reset them. Lab-grown diamonds are also available if you’d like a bigger, cheaper option.
