What are my payment options?

We accept payments through Paypal,Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Wire, and Cash in store.
If you would like the bank deposit information, please call 0121-236-9429 and we will send it to you by email.

Can I place an order via telephone?

Unfortunately we do not accept payments through telephone at the moment because of security reasons.

Do you charge Sales tax (V.A.T)?

Our U.K and E.U based customers will be subject to V.A.T at 20%. This cost is already included within the total cost of the product(s).

Shipping FAQ

What’s the shipping time?

Usually our in stock items take 1-3 working days to reach our U.K based customers.

Is the shipping free?

Yes, FREE shipping is included to all of our U.K cutomers for all of our products. We ship via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, the items are fully insured and fast delivered. Please ensure that you or someone trusted can be present at your address to sign for the item. Should you not be there to receive the parcel it will then go on to your local sorting depot. A calling card should be left for you.

Do you do international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Keep in mind that international shipments can take anywhere from 3-10 days to reach the destination. Please be advised that while we will ensure all shipping costs are covered, you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.

Custom/Bespoke pieces

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do! Please read more about the process and how to proceed here.

How long time does a bespoke item take?

We strive to satisfy our customers needs, therefore we always try to deliver as quick as possible, but we still need a bit of time to craft something exceptional. Depending on the item it could take between 2 – 5 weeks.

Can I get my bespoke/custom piece made faster?

Yes, it normally depends on the custom piece you want us to create.

What is the payment process of a custom piece?

We would need a maximum of 2 payments before we could release the product.
The first payment would be a deposit of 50% to start the process and the second payment should be done directly after you´ve accepted the design.
