What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please send us an E-mail with you Full Name and Order number and we’ll take it from there.

No, the earliest we can do is next day delivery, depends if the item is in stock.

Yes, FREE shipping is included to all of our U.K customers for all of our products.

We ship via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, the items are fully insured and fast delivered.
Please ensure that you or someone trusted can be present at your address to sign for the item.

Should you not be there to receive the parcel it will then go on to your local sorting depot. A calling card should be left for you.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Keep in mind that international shipments can take anywhere from 3-10 days to reach the destination. Please be advised that while we will ensure all shipping costs are covered, you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.


We accept payments through Paypal,Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Wire, and Cash in store.
If you would like the bank deposit information, please call 0121-236-9429 and we will send it to you by email.

Unfortunately we do not accept payments through telephone at the moment because of security reasons.

Our U.K and E.U based customers will be subject to V.A.T at 20%. This cost is already included within the total cost of the product(s).

Unfortunately we don’t yet, we offer layaway option only.

Yes, we accept returns as long as the item has not been worn, damaged or altered. The itmes has to be sent back in the same condition as it was sent in, with everything is was sent with. That includes receipt, packaging, bag etc…

We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, such as engraving, re-sizing on specific items (please contact us for more info) or on items that has been made customised for the customer.

We strive to satisfy our customers needs, therefore we always try to deliver as quick as possible, but we still need a bit of time to craft something exceptional. Depending on the item it could take between 2 – 5 weeks.

Yes, it normally depends on the custom piece you want us to create.

We would need a maximum of 2 payments before we could release the product.
The first payment would be a deposit of 50% to start the process and the second payment should be done directly after you´ve accepted the design.
